Warranty Returns (Systems)
MeanMachine offers a 3-Year Warranty on
Custom-Built Systems built by MeanMachine, consisting of at least the
following components:
- Case
- Motherboard
- Hard Drive
- Processor (CPU)
- Video Card
- Memory (RAM)
- Operating System
This Warranty covers the cost of
replacement or repair of defective parts and labor for the period of three
(3) years beginning with the date of delivery to the customer and is subject
to termination upon repair and/or maintenance work done by another party
or addition of components other than by MeanMachine. This
doesn't necessarily mean that we will cancel your warranty, it just means
that we have the option. All components purchased separately for use
in a computer other than one built by MeanMachine, will be covered under
the manufacturer's warranty, which is usually a 1-Year Warranty.

- Fifteen (15) days from
delivery date to customer
Full refund less any shipping charges
and a set up fee of $50. Subject to approval after inspection of
unit.
- Sixteen to forty-five (16-45)
days from delivery date
Full refund less a restocking charge of
10% of the original sales price and any shipping charges will be
applied.
- No refunds after forty-five
(45) days

to obtain an RMA# prior to return and have the original packaging.
The RMA# must be displayed on packaging or it will be refused and returned
at owner's expense. All returns are to be paid by
shipper. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Most manufacturer warranties are for 1 Year. You have the option of
going directly to the manufacturer for repair/replacement, or you may
contact MeanMachine and we will handle the warranty repair/replacement on
your behalf. If you decide to return the product to us for a refund
due to defective materials or workmanship, we will refund your purchase
price less any actual shipping or handling costs that we incurred
from our distributor. We will notify you in advance of such costs,
if applicable.

If you decide that you just don't want
the item after all, or the item is incompatible with your system, you may
return the product to MeanMachine within thirty (30) days or purchase
date. If you decide to return the product, there will be an optional
10% restocking fee charged to your account. This fee is
discretionary and may or may not be charged, depending on the
circumstances. We will refund your purchase price less the 10%
restocking fee. We will notify you in advance of such costs, if
applicable.
